Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET Angular)

SINGU is building a unified CAFM platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios. The platform supports over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, managing 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries. The company partners with major clients in real estate such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#
• Solid experience building interfaces in Angular and TypeScript
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL
• Habit of writing unit and integration tests as standard practice
• Experience leading code reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and ability to critically assess their output
• Excellent command of English and strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Backend Development:

• Build and evolve backend applications in .NET 10 and C# 14
• Design REST APIs that are consistent, secure, and well-documented
• Design PostgreSQL database structures, and optimize queries, indexes, and overall performance

Frontend Development:

• Build user interfaces in Angular and TypeScript
• Take an active role in the frontend rewrite using Angular
• Ensure UI implementations are performant, maintainable, and true to product design

Quality & Testing:

• Treat unit and integration testing as core parts of development
• Lead and participate in code reviews with clear, constructive feedback
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code aligned with standards

AI-Assisted Development:

• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate development, code analysis, and refactoring
• Critically evaluate the correctness, quality, security, and performance of AI-generated code before shipping

Delivery & Collaboration:

• Work within GitHub and CI/CD to deliver features reliably and on time
• Collaborate closely with Team Lead, Product Manager, and Product Designer; participate in Agile ceremonies
• Share knowledge and mentor less experienced engineers
