Senior Business Analyst (Data & Analytics) (She/ He/ They)

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on data analysis, data quality, or data governance.
• Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and data schemas.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel or other data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Experience analysing multiple data sources to identify duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with data governance, master data management (MDM), or data quality frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise data transformation or data migration programmes.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Data Management.

• Analyse existing data models, schemas, and data flows across multiple systems.
• Identify duplicate, inconsistent, and low-quality data and determine root causes.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen data quality at source, including process and data governance enhancements.
• Produce documentation, reports, and roadmaps supporting prioritisation and implementation of data improvement initiatives.
