Fullstack .NET Application Developer (Praca hybrydowa - Wrocław)

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, which supports companies in technology projects, digital transformations, and SAP and IT system development. The group collaborates with approximately 1000 experts and consultants on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, dedicated application and system development, integration projects, IT environment modernization, and business automation and transformation initiatives. They work with clients from various market sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, chemical, and FMCG, providing specialists with diverse technological, business, and project environments.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in development
• Very good knowledge of .NET
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Very good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience building Fullstack applications in enterprise environments
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical problems
• Very good command of English (B2/C1 level)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Wrocław (3 days per week in the client office)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of modern cloud-based application architectures
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Designing, developing, and maintaining business applications in a Fullstack architecture
• Creating and developing backend components using .NET technology
• Developing modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Integrating applications with Microsoft Azure services
• Building scalable, efficient, and secure solutions following best programming practices
• Collaborating with analysts, architects, testers, and other project team members
• Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing existing solutions
• Participating in code review processes and continuous software quality improvement
