ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d)

digatus personal GmbH is a company recruiting for a ServiceNow Consultant to join their growing team in Wrocław, focusing on delivering ServiceNow solutions to enterprise clients in an international environment.

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in technical or functional consulting
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, requirement analysis, and solution design
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Structured and service-oriented working style
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS HRSD, CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, integrations, workflows, or automation
• Knowledge of German or other foreign languages
• Experience in international client projects or managed service environments

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Support DevOps approach in development and configuration (workflows, business rules, scripts, portals, workspaces, custom apps)
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize solutions across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM
• Advise on platform best practices, governance, maintainability, scalability, and upgrade readiness
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Support workshops, requirement analyses, process design, and documentation
• Prepare and maintain documentation for solution designs, configurations, test plans, and operational handover
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes, platform standards, and delivery quality within a global HR IT product team
