ServiceNow Developer with German Skills (m/f/d)

digatus personal GmbH is a company seeking a ServiceNow Developer for its growing team in Wrocław, working on international client projects focused on ServiceNow platform development and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.

• Professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ideally 3+ years
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and configuration
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Studio
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with Agile delivery methods
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of German (B2) and English (C1), both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CIS HRSD, CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or advanced integrations
• Knowledge of automated testing, ATF, DevOps, or CI/CD approaches within ServiceNow
• Experience in international enterprise projects or managed service environments

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Implement solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, workflows, and integrations
• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Support integrations with third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, project managers, QA, and client stakeholders
• Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and release activities
• Ensure clean code, platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness
