Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure teams with 5+ years of direct people management
• Strong hands-on background in server/virtualization, networking, and cloud (primarily Azure)
• Experience operating in a regulated industry following frameworks such as GxP
• Demonstrated ability to build team capability and close technical skill gaps
• Fluent in English (working language of the team)
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization with distributed stakeholders

Strong advantages:

• Experience with NIS2 or ISO 27001 implementation
• Azure certification (AZ-104 or higher)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification
• Polish language skills valued
• Experience in infrastructure architecture and design
• Microsoft 365 administration and licensing
• Experience with SASE infrastructure

Lead the infrastructure platform team:

• Manage, develop, and grow a team of ~8 infrastructure engineers across on-premise, cloud, and networking domains
• Run team rhythm including daily standup, sprint planning, incident reviews, 1:1s, and performance conversations
• Build capability in Cloud/IaaS, automation, monitoring, and architecture

Own the infrastructure platform:

• Own and operate server infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and connectivity across Orifarm's locations
• Build and maintain secure, reliable, and compliant systems
• Drive the cloud roadmap (IaaS — Azure primary) and lead migration of appropriate workloads
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities
• Lead infrastructure automation and scripting
• Manage IT Asset Management and CMDB maturity for NIS2 compliance
• Drive the Zero Trust roadmap across identity, network, and endpoint
• Build OT network segmentation to isolate production and lab environments from corporate IT

Deliver in a regulated environment:

• Operate within Orifarm's GxP framework, including validated systems and change control
• Support NIS2 compliance requirements
• Contribute to audit readiness
• Collaborate with IT I&O leadership team members

Drive service quality and improvement:

• First escalation point for infrastructure incidents
• Define and deliver against infrastructure SLAs
• Identify and close technical debt prioritized against business risk and TOM maturity
• Contribute to architecture decisions and maintain infrastructure standards documentation
