Software Factory Architect

• EQF 6 level education.
• English language proficiency at C1 level (certificate required).
• Over 5 years of IT professional experience.
• At least 2 years in Application Architecture, Software Architecture, or Software Factory Architect roles.
• Proven lead architect experience in enterprise-wide integration platform deployment.
• Expert knowledge of API integration, data integration, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Extensive experience designing integration platforms, connectors, ESB, and integration flows.
• Strong skills in capacity planning, performance optimization, and security of integration platforms.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise integration patterns, standards, and models.
• Practical experience with serverless computing and containerization in cloud and on-premises.
• Strong technical knowledge of integration platforms including Tibco, MuleSoft, SOA architectures, middleware, and cloud integration patterns.
• Proficiency with UML modelling and enterprise application design.
• Practical knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery.
• Experience aligning software architecture with business objectives.
• Experience with enterprise modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS Architect.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of hybrid system and enterprise application integration.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Design and lead enterprise-wide software architecture and integration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead enterprise integration platform implementations ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Design and govern API-based and data integration architectures.
• Define and implement integration platforms, connectors, service buses, and reusable services.
• Plan capacity, scalability, resilience, and security for integration platforms.
• Apply industry-standard integration patterns and architectural models.
• Design cloud, hybrid, and on-premises integration architectures using serverless and containerized technologies.
• Define software architecture standards and promote DevSecOps within the SDLC.
• Design enterprise applications using UML and system modelling.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical specifications, and governance artifacts.
• Use enterprise architecture modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect and ARIS Architect.
• Align architecture decisions with business requirements and digital transformation strategies.
• Evaluate technologies and frameworks to ensure optimal architectural solutions.
• Promote architecture governance using frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
