SECURITY MASTERS SP. Z O.O. is the hiring company located in Warszawa, specializing in providing security monitoring services for client environments. The role focuses on managing and analyzing security incidents within Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft security systems.

• Strong experience with Security Operations Center (SoC) functions.
• Proficiency in managing and monitoring Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Defender.
• Skills in security alert analysis and security incident handling.
• Familiarity with WAZUH platform.
• Basic experience with SIEM systems.
• High degree of autonomy, responsibility, and priority management skills.
• Initiative in identifying problems, data gaps, access issues, and proposing monitoring and documentation improvements.
• Commitment to information protection, client data confidentiality, and usage of approved tools and communication channels.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions, SIEM, and ticketing systems is valued.
• Fluency in Polish (C2) and good command of English (B2).

Weekday Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor agreed data sources including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, and other security systems.
• Analyze alerts, logs, incidents, identify potential threats, assess their impact, and determine follow-up actions.
• Manage assigned cases independently, ensuring status accuracy, complete analysis, and quality documentation.
• Document actions performed, gathered evidence, findings, communication, and recommended steps.
• Escalate incidents appropriately to SOC Team Leader, technical teams, or client representatives.
• Communicate timely, clearly, and accurately about detected threats, monitoring limitations, required actions, and incident status.
• Support mitigation activities, execute selected technical actions, participate in post-incident analyses, prepare report materials, and recommend security improvements.

Weekend Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuity of security monitoring during Friday afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Perform comprehensive handling of alerts, incidents, and events detected in the shift.
• Maintain communication, documentation, and escalation outside standard working hours.
• Conduct analysis, triage, prioritize incidents, and decide actions according to procedures and authorized scope.
• Manage cases from identification to closure, escalation, or formal handover.
• Initiate immediate escalation for high-priority incidents using approved urgent channels.
• Communicate results, risks, limitations, and recommended next steps to clients, SOC Team Leader, technical teams, and support lines.
• Support technical response, evidence preservation, and documentation for reporting and further analysis.
