IT Business Partner/Partnerka

BUDIMEX is hiring an IT Business Partner/Partnerka for its office in Warszawa, located at Siedmiogrodzka 9.

• Minimum 5 years experience as IT Business Partner, IT Business Relationship Manager, or a similar role connecting business and IT.
• Experience managing strategic IT initiatives, transformation projects, or project portfolios.
• Experience cooperating with management and key business stakeholders.
• Experience in building business cases and assessing business value of technology initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of budgeting and IT investment planning.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven business decision-making skills.
• Very good command of English enabling fluent business communication.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ITIL standards and agile methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Experience in digital transformation, process automation, data analytics, or implementing AI solutions.
• Experience in organizations with complex operational structures and multi-project environments.

• Co-create and implement IT development strategy for designated business areas (innovation, health and safety, OUS).
• Build long-term relationships with management and act as a strategic advisor on technology and digital transformation.
• Initiate and develop solutions supporting business objectives, including new technologies, automation, and AI.
• Shape, develop, and manage a portfolio of IT initiatives addressing business needs.
• Identify and create new business needs and translate them into concrete technology solutions.
• Prepare and verify business justifications for IT projects and initiatives.
• Manage budgets and ensure funding for initiatives.
• Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and external partners responsible for initiative delivery.
• Supervise project execution and monitor achievement of expected business results.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational strategic goals.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
