• Solid commercial experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (v6+ preferred).
• Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing and browser automation.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Active listening and effective teamwork skills including open communication and collaboration.
• Eagerness to share expertise, mentor peers, and learn from others.

Nice to have:

• Experience with automated testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., RSpec, Docker, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and RESTful API integration.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby/Ruby on Rails code.
• Develop new features and optimize existing application workflows.
• Integrate test automation practices using Selenium WebDriver to ensure high code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
