Salesforce Developer

ITFS is offering a position for a Salesforce Developer with experience in the insurance sector.

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional programming experience, including at least 4 years as a Salesforce Developer
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Practical knowledge of Apex (triggers, batch classes), LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Very good knowledge of the Salesforce data model (standard and custom objects, relationships, fields, permission model)
• Experience working with Sales Cloud processes
• Practical experience creating integrations for the Salesforce platform
• Possession of Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator)
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level for business and technical communication in an international environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems, especially GitHub

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL following best practices
• Configure and manage Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance
• Maintain system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Participate in the complete project lifecycle from requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, to documentation
• Utilize GitHub to optimize development processes and release quality
• Perform and verify unit tests, debug code, and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, managers, IT application specialists, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
