Business and Systems Analyst

Their areas include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated development teams.

• Higher education in banking, economics, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and/or system analysis
• Experience with projects related to electronic banking, corporate client service, or user permissions management
• Knowledge of operational banking processes, especially in business client service, accounts, and electronic channels
• Very good knowledge of business and system analysis methods
• Understanding of access security, authorization, authentication, role and permission management in electronic banking systems
• Ability to analyze business change impacts on bank's process and system architecture
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of BPMN business process modeling and UML data and use case modeling
• Knowledge of digital solution design principles considering UX/UI aspects
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Enterprise Architect or equivalent modeling tools, BPMN 2.0, UML

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct analytical workshops with representatives from business, operations, security, compliance, and IT teams
• Develop business process models and recommend optimal solutions
• Maintain backlog of business and system requirements
• Analyze impacts of regulatory, process, and technological changes on designed solutions
• Support testing processes, business acceptance, and production rollouts
• Ensure solution consistency with banking processes, digital strategy, and corporate architecture
• Provide services in hybrid mode with 4–5 days/month office presence in Warsaw

Services are provided in a hybrid mode requiring presence in the Warsaw office 4–5 days per month.
