Middle Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

The client is a leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions headquartered in Chicago, powering transportation through advanced mobile, artificial intelligence, and car technologies connecting a broad network including insurance companies and repair facilities.

• Professional experience in software development with deep expertise in object-oriented languages (specifically C#/.NET)
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Azure SQL Database
• Experience using modern coding assistants and AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and Cursor
• Proficiency in system monitoring and diagnostics using tools like Application Insights and SQL Profiler
• Proven experience in API design and versioning, including RESTful services and OpenAPI/Swagger standards
• Background in automated testing with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit) and test data builder patterns
• Extensive experience building and scaling microservices architecture and event-driven patterns
• Proficiency with Entity Framework Core for data access
• Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and services supporting the product ecosystem
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and external partners
• Develop backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Web APIs
• Design, deploy, and operate cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services and Azure Container Apps
• Utilize AI tools such as Github Copilot to automate information processing, source code generation, and unit testing
• Apply engineering practices related to object-oriented design, security, performance, and maintainability
