Junior IT Support Specialist

GetResponse is a Polish SaaS company with more than 300 employees and over 350,000 customers worldwide. Founded in 1998, it offers advanced online marketing solutions, including marketing automation, responsive email design, landing page creation, webinars, CRM, and analytical tools.

• Experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role
• Working knowledge of either macOS or Windows 11
• Ability to effectively use knowledge bases and technical tools
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in technical English (minimum B2+ written and spoken)
• Excellent command of Polish language (native or near native)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including handling a high volume of inquiries and providing user training on hardware and software

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
• Experience with Windows Server administration, including Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
• Practical knowledge of macOS environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by GetResponse employees
• Maintain and manage IT hardware
• Administer mobile device management (MDM) systems, including Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
• Manage SaaS tools and software licenses
• Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing and configuring IT resources
• Provide technical support and cooperation across various departments and teams
• Continuously develop technical skills and stay current with industry trends and best practices
