• Shadow real projects and gradually take on tasks.
• Support day-to-day organization including scheduling meetings, note-taking, and tracking task statuses and timelines.
• Use AI agents daily to improve team efficiency.
• Work with documents and data, updating spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and preparing summaries and reports.
• Gain client exposure through observing and participating in email communication and calls.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, Slack, and Notion daily.
