Engineering Manager - Partner Enablement Applications

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries. The Client and Partner Technologies (CPT) organization enables Netflix experiences on partner devices and builds foundational client systems and tools. The Partner Enablements Apps group within CPT develops applications for device partners to integrate the Netflix app on smart TVs and set top boxes.

• Proven experience managing a full-stack engineering team with a solid engineering background.
• Ability to identify product opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and influence roadmap direction through strategic thinking.
• Comfortable collaborating globally across different time zones including the US, Asia, and Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for navigating cross-functional dynamics.
• Enthusiasm for agentic AI and incorporating AI-powered workflows into engineering practices.
• Commitment to building an inclusive and diverse environment where all voices are heard and valued.

• Set the vision and drive the technical strategy and product roadmap in partnership with Product Management and Experience Design.
• Hire, coach, and retain strong engineering talent, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous learning.
• Establish mature engineering practices including testing, monitoring, alerting, performance optimization, scalable on-call, technical debt management, data quality, and AI usage.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools, with a focus on introducing AI and agentic features innovatively.
