IT Delivery Lead

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, realizing projects for Clients running innovative and modern projects. The position is for one of the three largest banks in Poland seeking an experienced Engineering Manager / IT Delivery Lead to lead a developers team working in Scrum methodology, combining technical experience with leadership skills in an Agile environment.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT.
• Experience in managing developers teams.
• Experience in managing IT projects or programs.
• Practice in planning, prioritization, and delivery management.
• Experience in managing project portfolios is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience in change management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate with business and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define solution concepts.
• Higher technical or related education.
• Proactivity, independence, and developed communication skills.

• Manage and develop a developers team working in Scrum methodology.
• Mentor team members and provide regular feedback.
• Build work standards and quality culture.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog planning, prioritization, and product roadmap.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and improve software development processes.
• Ensure timely project delivery, stability, and quality of solutions.
• Cooperate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT leaders.
• Implement AI tools supporting the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
