Business Analyst

• Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience in the banking domain
• Good knowledge of MI reporting for Credit Risk or Portfolio Management
• Experience with analyzing and capturing functional and non-functional requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Hands-on experience with agile and DevOps practices
• Experience working with offshore development, analysis, and test teams
• Problem solving and analytical skills highly desirable
