IT Support Engineer

BRAVER IT / ITeamly is looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer with experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or application support.

• At least 0.5-1 year of IT support experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience working with tickets or incidents
• English at B2 level or above
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory
• Experience with Intune or device management
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, Outlook, or Teams
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, or virtual machines
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Power Platform
• Networking basics
• PowerShell

• Provide technical support via email, phone, and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and user access
• Analyze errors, logs, and system configurations
• Document solutions and escalate complex cases
• Work according to SLAs and support procedures
