• Practical knowledge of database tools, especially SQL and Oracle
• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office programs
• Minimum of 3 years experience in IT system service tasks
• Ability to diagnose and quickly respond to client problems
• Communication skills for client and team interaction
• Independence, accuracy, and timeliness in task execution
• Willingness for occasional business trips within Poland

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of legal environment in Healthcare protection

• Provide direct telephone support to users of IT systems
• Manage client service requests
• Remotely service systems installed at client sites
• Perform manual and automated system testing
• Analyze client-reported problems
• Conduct periodic user training on the system
