Programista/Starszy Programista (k/m)

Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company supporting innovative IT solutions necessary for the tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR). The company designs, simplifies, and expands systems, using modern technologies and flexible project approaches to support ARiMR in the digitization of the Polish agricultural sector.

• For Programmer: Relevant IT higher education and/or specialized courses plus at least 2 years of experience in software development for IT systems or secondary IT education plus at least 4 years of experience in software development.
• For Senior Programmer: Relevant IT higher education and/or specialized courses plus at least 3 years of experience in software development for IT systems or secondary IT education plus at least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Very good programming knowledge in Java.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot 3.0.0 and higher.
• Knowledge of advanced Spring Framework configuration.
• Knowledge of Angular 15+.
• Experience programming in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI / Java REST API.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices.
• Familiarity with architectural approaches like Microservices and Modular Monolith.
• Good knowledge of databases, specifically PostgreSQL with Hibernate/Spring Data.
• Experience with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ Artemis and Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
• Good knowledge of the RxJS library.
• Understanding and practical use of design patterns.
• Knowledge of integration patterns.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with GIT version control.
• Openness and ability to collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• Experience working with JIRA.

Nice to have:
