QA Engineer

At Miquido, AI is the core of the company, aiming to automate testing through AI agents that handle repetitive tasks, allowing human testers to focus on what truly matters.

• Genuine curiosity for new testing tools and AI developments.
• Solid fundamentals in testing including REST API testing, HTTP, HTML, and CSS knowledge.
• Programming skills in a language like JavaScript, Java, or Kotlin and experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, or RestAssured.
• Ability to set up autonomous testing tools, configure them, integrate into CI, and manage pipelines independently.
• Proficient daily use of autonomous testing tools alongside AI models like Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level to work with clients.

If more senior:

• Several years of experience in product testing with automation.
• Capability to develop and defend test strategies.
• Leadership in automation, mentoring, and client representation.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Build and maintain real automated test suites across API, web, and mobile.
• Work with the most modern AI testing tools, adapting to new technologies monthly.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clients to decide what and how to test.

How we actually work (AI-first):

• Use agentic coding with tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor as the standard approach.
• Continuously test new ideas and retain effective processes.
• Work in small, multidisciplinary teams with significant individual impact.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
