• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing software projects
• Experience with programming best practices
• Experience using Jira and Confluence tools
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
• Very good knowledge of PHP 8+, Symfony 6+, and Api-Platform (versions 2.7 and 3+)
• Proficient use of version control system GIT and Docker
• Knowledge of at least two technologies from: Websocket, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Nginx, Mercure
• English language skills sufficient to independently read technical documentation

Nice to have:

• 5 years of experience in software design and implementation
• Knowledge of inter-system and inter-institutional integration
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) including task estimation, iteration planning and delivery
• Practical experience using Kanban methodology for task flow management and process optimization
• Knowledge of MySQL and Node.js
• Knowledge of Doctrine framework
• Experience with Twig and/or Docxtemplater
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript 5+, React 18+, Redux, MUI 6+)
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD processes and knowledge of Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, OpenShift/Rancher
• Experience using AI tools supporting software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Experience analyzing, maintaining and refactoring legacy code
• Experience tuning and using LLM models and other machine learning techniques

• Designing and implementing changes in dedicated IT systems
• Translating business requirements into programming tasks
• Estimating task realization in the adopted methodology
• Performing programming tasks
• Designing, configuring, and optimizing databases while ensuring data security and GDPR compliance
• Adapting user interfaces to the e-Granty platform and WCAG requirements
• Preparing technical documentation and specifications for system changes
• Improving code quality including conducting code reviews
• Creating and updating documentation
