• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and system analysis
• Ability to analyze applications and systems and recommend solutions
• Knowledge of methods for knowledge discovery and acquisition, applying them situationally
• Experience with CASE tools such as Sparx EA, Draw.io, Adonis
• Skills in modeling business processes using BPMN
• Skills in modeling domain and data objects using UML
• Knowledge of system integration basics including ETL, API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML
• Communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders presenting complex topics simply
• Analytical thinking, curiosity, and independence

Nice to have:

• Experience digitalizing processes in CRM/sales/contract acquisition, contract execution (design/purchasing/logistics/warehouse/prefabrication), or corporate support areas (HR/finance/accounting/legal/OSH/compliance/fleet)
• Experience with BPM/Workflow, ERP, HCM systems (e.g. Webcon BPS, IFS, eNova Kadry i Płace)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Identify, analyze, and refine business needs and requirements with stakeholders
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems
• Model business processes using BPMN and data structures using UML, ensuring consistency with IT solutions
• Analyze processes to identify areas for optimization and automation
• Define and analyze system integrations and data exchange interfaces
• Prepare analytical and project documentation including test scenarios, training materials, and instructions
• Support development of contracts and agreements with IT service providers
• Coordinate maintenance and development changes in the assigned area
• Collaborate continuously with business users, architects, IT teams, and suppliers to deliver business-aligned solutions
