• Graduate or final year student in STEM or technical fields preferred.
• Initial experience in project management with theoretical and practical knowledge of project methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with ability to create schedules and proficient use of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Communicative in English at an advanced level.
• Interest in new technologies, particularly AI, with willingness to implement it practically.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, APMG, or IPMA.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.

• Manage project life cycles, including preparing new campaigns, setting KPIs, documentation, and schedules.
• Analyze profitability of new functionalities and verify efficiency of existing systems.
• Gather requirements from partners and maintain efficient relations with subcontractors.
• Organize project meetings, monitor deadlines, and report progress.
• Collaborate closely with DEV/IT teams and support other departments to improve processes.
• Implement AI, seeking innovative solutions and testing new AI applications.
