Technology Strategy Senior Consultant

Be part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation team driving strategic technology leadership and digital transformation for clients across multiple industries and geographies.

• Solid understanding of IT architectures, platforms, and software development principles, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
• 3-6 years of experience in IT consulting or complex IT environments, with exposure to strategy, transformation, or architecture topics.
• Awareness of emerging technology trends including cloud, digital transformation, data, and AI.
• Proven ability to independently manage workstreams, build work plans, coordinate activities, and ensure delivery quality and timelines.
• Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills to break down complex business and technology challenges.
• Track record of producing high-quality deliverables such as business cases, transformation roadmaps, architecture concepts, and executive presentations.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience or genuine interest in mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working across cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, spoken and written, for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.

• Take ownership of defined project workstreams: plan activities, coordinate team efforts, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support engagement planning — defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating across multiple workstreams.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, facilitate discussions, and translate requirements into actionable technology strategies.
• Support the design of business-aligned IT strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Produce structured, executive-ready deliverables — reports, presentations, architecture concepts, and business cases.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to business development — proposal writing, client discussions, and shaping new service offerings.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and their relevance to client transformation initiatives.
