Software Development Engineer

Synechron Labs develops modernization solutions including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Data Science models, and mobile-first applications. The Krakow engineering team is part of a global Digital Servicing engineering team collaborating with colleagues in the UK, Hong Kong, and China.

• At least 5 years of experience with Java (11 onwards), Maven, Spring (framework, boot, cloud, security, integration, batch, webflux, data), reactive microservices, JDBC, Unit Tests, JavaScript, RESTful API, SQL, and Hibernate.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs and web/microservices (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with global teams.
• Good command of English.

• Develop, maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable code following approved design and coding standards.
• Resolve technical debt and improve cyber security by reducing software vulnerabilities.
• Increase operational resilience of software systems.
• Innovate and drive the introduction of new technologies and tooling to automate and optimize engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with global colleagues in the UK, Hong Kong, and China.
