AI Engineering Lead

• Proven experience leading IT, engineering, or AI teams,
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects,
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies,
• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders,
• Strong leadership and communication skills,
• Ability to work in an international environment,
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI transformation programs,
• Knowledge of AI governance and risk management,
• Experience building AI capability teams.
