SAP Finance Lead Consultant

DXC Technology is hiring for a SAP Finance Lead Consultant to lead Finance stream activities within SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Subject Matter Expert.
• Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Proven experience in GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Controlling (CO).
• SAP S/4HANA Finance-related certification.
• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience in large enterprise transformations.

• Lead SAP Finance workstreams during S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Conduct business workshops and gather requirements.
• Design and optimize finance processes and system solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards.
