Senior Analyst, Product Analytics

• Background in quantitative or business field such as business analytics, economics, applied mathematics, or statistics
• Proven experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, data visualization, or quantitative research
• Experience in Product Analytics and/or Pricing Analytics is a plus
• Advanced SQL skills required; experience with Snowflake is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or ChatGPT
• Experience with DBT and Airflow is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and curious
• Experience in fast-paced, scaled B2B tech companies is a plus

• Analyze customer data to identify needs and inform business strategy
• Analyze product consumption trends and track key performance metrics
• Validate and transform raw data into curated intermediate tables for product usage
• Partner with Product stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, write SQL queries, and develop insights
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to standardize product data modeling and reporting
• Support strategic decisions through detailed analysis and storytelling
