Full Stack Software Development Engineer

Autodesk, Inc. is a global leader in design and make software for architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and media and entertainment industries. Autodesk Operations Solutions is developing a cloud-first platform central to Autodesk Tandem, which transforms building and asset data into digital twin–based operational workflows. The team is expanding in Kraków, Poland.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience building commercial applications
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with at least one programming language, such as C++, Go, or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture principles
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience building Progressive Web Applications
• Experience with HTML, CSS, frameworks/libraries such as React, Grommet, and i18next
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, querying, and access patterns
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and multi-tenant platforms
• Experience collaborating with designers using Figma and component documentation tools like Storybook
• Experience with web and product analytics tools such as Pendo or Mixpanel
• Experience with digital twin technologies or AECO domain

• Contribute to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the application
• Write clean, secure, readable, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Apply software design principles and event-driven architecture patterns
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on project goals and improvements
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with standard debugging tools
• Leverage the AWS ecosystem to build scalable and resilient solutions
