Senior IT Project / Product Manager (Client Ownership & Delivery)

Polcode is a Poland-based software house working with clients worldwide since 2006. They build web, mobile, and eCommerce products for startups and well-established companies across Europe, the US, and beyond. The team consists of almost 100 professionals delivering digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps, focusing on collaboration, ownership, and practical software development.

• 4+ years experience in IT project or product management
• Proven experience independently leading end-to-end software delivery projects
• Strong client-facing experience with full communication ownership
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies, adaptable to context
• Ability to assess project specifics and adjust approach accordingly
• Fluency with modern AI tools used in delivery workflows
• Confidence in handling difficult conversations and communicating risks clearly
• Strong communication skills and professional approach to collaboration
• Very good command of English for daily client communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with discovery, workshops, or shaping product direction
• Exposure to presales or early project phases
• Experience in software houses or agencies with multiple parallel clients
• Ability to balance delivery quality, client satisfaction, and budget

• Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle

• Lead discovery processes and influence product direction as needed
