Senior MS SQL DBA/Database Engineer

The client operates in the commercial real estate and asset management industry.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (preferred experience with versions 2012 and newer)
• Experience in migrations and upgrades of SQL Server
• Backup/restore, database compatibility level, performance tuning
• Analysis and maintenance of stored procedures, views, jobs, indexes
• Knowledge of SQL Server Agent, linked servers, permissions
• Experience with SSRS (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2012 and newer versions
• Experience with legacy applications running on Windows
• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat v7 and Java Runtime (big plus)
• Troubleshooting web applications
• Knowledge of certificates, connectivity, firewall, service accounts
• Experience with Azure VM, networking, storage, backup
• Experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, and monitoring
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an additional asset
• Required English language proficiency: minimum B2+

• Support the client in technical upgrade and replatforming of the Coda environment
• Analyze the current technology stack: Coda v12, Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012, Tomcat v7
• Prepare or support the build of test environments
• Migrate and upgrade SQL database and validate application functionality
• Verify SSRS reports and custom tables
• Troubleshoot databases, applications, and servers
• Support modernization efforts before end of technology support
