Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or project environment
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder management
- Ability to investigate business needs and recommend strategic improvements
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization
- Experience creating and maintaining business and functional documentation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively support organizational change and business transformation
- Experience with HR/People & Culture technologies is considered an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Obowiązki
- Partner with Product Delivery Leads and business stakeholders within the Talent, Learning & Culture domain
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements across People & Culture technology initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions
- Support initiatives related to People & Culture Technologies, SRA, Compliance, and Quality
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Support project activities, testing processes, and solution validation
- Contribute to organizational change management and business transformation initiatives
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed objectives, quality standards, and business expectations
