Delivery Lead/ Manager

• Hands-on experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site distributed teams and third-party vendors.
• Expertise in full software delivery lifecycle including functional, UAT, and regression testing.
• Strong risk management and escalation skills.
• Experience establishing and tracking delivery KPIs.
• Ability to define Statements of Work and manage external contractors.
• Servant leadership capabilities to empower technical and product teams.
• Competence in executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of regulated quality assurance standards (GxP, ISO, healthcare).
• Understanding of IT operations for service transition and support.

Scaled Agile Delivery & SDLC Governance:

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning cycles.
• Manage technical and business objectives across multiple teams.
• Map and resolve complex dependencies across distributed teams and vendors.
• Own the complete software delivery lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Track blockers, perform risk assessments, and manage escalations.
• Establish operational frameworks and track delivery metrics like Velocity, Lead Time, and Defect Density.

Multi-Site Leadership & Vendor Management:

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Define Statements of Work and quality gates for external partners.
• Integrate contractor workflows into internal processes.
• Empower Developers, Testers, TechOps, and Product Owners by removing operational friction and securing resources.
• Define clear Roles & Responsibilities across Business, Product, TechOps, and QA.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Create executive dashboards and reporting for C-level leadership.
• Negotiate trade-offs among scope, timelines, and technical constraints.
• Communicate project risks, delays, and scope changes with solution-oriented proposals.

Compliance, Quality & Service Transition:

• Apply knowledge of quality assurance standards and compliance (e.g., GxP, ISO, healthcare regulations) ensuring validation and documentation before release.
• Understand IT operations to enable effective handover and post-release support.
