Lider Techniczny Java (k/m)

For nearly 30 years, they have delivered projects impacting public administration and services, focusing on quality, stability, and modern technologies. The position is for a Technical Leader Java in a healthcare project.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer with Java
• Experience as a technical leader or managing a development team
• Very good knowledge of Java (minimum Java 8)
• Practical knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience working with relational databases
• Ability to create and maintain unit tests using popular testing libraries
• Familiarity with code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube
• Good knowledge of backend application design principles and programming best practices

Nice to have:

• Experience on projects for the healthcare sector or medical systems
• Knowledge of systems related to blood donation and transfusion
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Knowledge in backend application architecture and mentoring developers

• Technically lead a team of Java developers
• Support the team in designing and implementing backend solutions
• Ensure code quality and apply best programming practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and other project team members
• Develop and maintain applications based on Java and Spring Boot
