Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience implementing ERP-class systems, with mandatory experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Higher education degree.
• At least one certification among PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or equivalent.
• Experience managing project teams of at least 5 people.
• Experience managing key IT project aspects including cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy.
• Proven experience leading medium to large ICT projects as Project Manager.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience applying project management methodologies and methods.
• Deep understanding of the IT domain and ability to leverage technology to meet business needs.
• Awareness of current technologies and market trends relevant to the project.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge and experience working in agile methods, particularly Scrum, within IT projects.

• Manage the project lifecycle effectively, covering schedule, budget, quality, and scope.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and achievement of business goals.
• Maintain and control quality of project deliverables according to defined standards.
• Work closely with the Project Board and key stakeholders on client and organizational sides.
• Assign and monitor tasks within the project team, balancing priorities and workloads.
• Plan, supervise, and control product delivery processes.
• Manage effective project communication internally and externally.
• Create and maintain project management documents such as plans, schedules, registers, and logs.
• Prepare and present project and technical reports orally and in writing.
• Organize and lead project meetings including status and review sessions.
