Data Engineer

Arla Foods Ingredients Analytics is a growing team focused on transforming how data, analytics, and AI create value across the business. The company operates in the dairy industry and has a Global Shared Services center located in Gdańsk, supporting IT services, SAP solutions, app development, procurement, finance, and HR operations. The mission is to ensure an optimal global supply of fresh Arla products and to drive sustainability and innovation in the dairy industry.

• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure (including Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Functions, CI/CD, Terraform, Unity Catalog, Fabric)
• Solid experience with ETL processes and data transformation
• Strong skills in Python/PySpark and SQL
• Experience working with data pipelines supporting AI/ML use cases is an advantage
• Ability to work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Strong communication skills in English

• Design data models that support analytics, reporting, and AI workloads
• Prepare and structure data for analytics and AI use cases
• Deliver reliable data pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring of AI/ML models
• Develop pipelines supporting Machine Learning models and AI services in production
• Collaborate with AI/ML practitioners to operate solutions, ensuring data availability and performance aligned with MLOps
• Contribute to the evolution of the data platform supporting advanced analytics and AI
• Help shape and mature operating models and ways of working
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and collaboration
• Strengthen the partnership between business and IT
• Contribute to building a high-performing and collaborative team culture

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
