Senior Machine Learning Engineer

RemoDevs is developing an AI assistant that helps users with conversations, daily tasks, planning, and work. The product supports long tasks, remembers important information, and helps users complete real work by solving problems step by step, connecting with external tools, and providing reliable results even when AI responses are not always predictable. The goal is to help people complete everyday tasks much faster while making the experience simple and enjoyable.

• Experience building and delivering machine learning systems used in production.
• Good understanding of how modern machine learning models perform in real-world environments.
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and maintainable production code.
• Strong ownership and the ability to work independently from planning to delivery.
• Fast learner with good communication skills and a mindset of continuous improvement.

• Build the main machine learning systems that support the AI product.
• Manage the complete machine learning process, including data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and continuous improvement.
• Turn research ideas into production-ready machine learning solutions.
• Find and fix model and system problems using production data.
• Improve systems through regular testing, measurement, and updates.
• Work closely with research, engineering, and product teams to deliver useful AI features.
• Support other machine learning engineers by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and giving technical guidance.
• Build systems that meet production requirements for speed, cost, reliability, and safety.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Hello HR oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
