Architekt systemowy (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the company offering the contract for a System Architect role, located in Warsaw. The project is related to IT solutions in the insurance domain, with focus on enterprise systems supporting claims handling, benefits liquidation, complaints, billing, fraud, customer contact, and partner cooperation.

• Minimum 10 years of IT project experience, including at least 8 years as solution architect, system architect, integration architect, technical leader, or similar.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, especially in claims handling, benefits liquidation, complaints, billing, fraud, customer contact, or partner cooperation.
• Experience implementing leading core insurance systems for claims handling (EIS or Guidewire).
• Ability to document architecture comprehensively using ArchiMate and UML.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and vendors.
• Experience designing solutions for complex enterprise systems in multi-application and multi-team environments.
• Ability to identify and mitigate architectural and integration risks.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with insurance industry reference models or best practices such as ACORD.
• Practice preparing Design Knowledge Repositories (DKR), High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), component catalogs, dependency maps, or integration documentation.
• Knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN, UML notations.
• Knowledge of cloud, hybrid cloud, or container platforms, especially Azure.
• Knowledge of security, business continuity, auditability, GDPR (RODO), DORA, or other regulatory requirements relevant to financial sector.
• Architectural or agile certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, Certified Solution Architect, Azure Solution Architect, SAFe Architect, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other technological certifications.

• Design solutions for complex enterprise systems operating in multi-application, integration, and team environments.
• Identify and mitigate architectural, integration, performance, security, and maintenance risks.
• Document architecture clearly for project stakeholders using diagrams, component descriptions, integration flows, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Model architecture using ArchiMate and UML.
• Translate complex technical topics into decision-making and project language.
• Work independently and responsibly with incomplete information.

Contract B2B with PZU TECH. Services must be provided partially from the office in Warsaw and from Poland territory only.
