iOS Software Engineer

More than 5 billion people use everyday apps such as email, notes, and task managers. Most of these applications are not built with AI. We are creating an AI assistant that helps users with conversations, daily tasks, planning, and work. It is designed to be easy to use and requires very little input from users.

Our product is built to support long tasks, remember important information, and help users complete real work. It can solve problems step by step, work with external services, and stay reliable even when AI responses are not always predictable. Our goal is to help users save time and make everyday tasks faster and easier.

• At least 3 years of experience developing iOS applications with Swift.
• Experience adding AI features to mobile applications.
• Good understanding of async/await, concurrency, and background tasks.
• Strong skills in improving iOS application performance and memory usage.
• Experience releasing and maintaining production iOS applications.
• Comfortable working with systems where delays, partial failures, or unpredictable AI responses may happen.
• Experience with CoreML or lightweight on-device machine learning is an advantage.
• Knowledge of feature flags or remote configuration systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of user experience design for AI applications and building user trust.

• Build and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Add AI features through backend APIs.
• Create user-friendly AI experiences, including loading screens, streaming responses, retry options, and fallback solutions.
• Improve application speed, memory usage, and battery performance.
• Collect user feedback and usage data to help improve AI features.
• Work closely with backend developers and machine learning engineers on API design and system behavior.
• Keep the application stable, reliable, and ready for App Store releases.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Hello HR oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
