More than 5 billion people use everyday apps such as email, notes, and task managers. Most of these applications do not use AI in a smart way. We are building an AI assistant that helps people with conversations, daily tasks, planning, and work. It is easy to use and requires only a small amount of user input.

Our product is designed to support long and complex tasks, remember useful information, and help users complete real work. It can solve problems step by step, work with external tools, and stay reliable even when AI responses are not always the same. Our goal is to help users finish everyday tasks much faster while making the experience simple and enjoyable.

• Strong experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Good understanding of system design and API development.
• Experience working with large language models, RAG systems, or AI-based applications.
• Ability to solve unclear problems and make practical technical decisions.
• Strong ownership of projects from the first idea to production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

• Develop complete product features across frontend, backend, and AI services.
• Design AI agent workflows that can plan, use tools, handle errors, and complete tasks in several steps.
• Connect large language models, memory, and external tools to create reliable AI systems.
• Build real-time AI features with streaming responses, partial results, and fast performance.
• Improve system reliability, monitoring, and backup solutions when failures happen.
• Work closely with machine learning, backend, and product teams to deliver new features.
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and production results.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Hello HR oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
