Wymagania
- Understanding of organizations, structures, processes, and policy
- Experience working with demanding clients including stakeholder communication, documentation, presentations
- 2-3 years experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Consulting (strategic, transformational, technical)
- Advisory firms, agencies, boutique consultancies
- IT/engineering-driven environments such as startups or software houses
- AI-adjacent roles including product, operations, project management, or research
Obowiązki
- Conduct diagnostics including mapping processes, data, culture, and client readiness
- Work on delivery from use case concepts through implementation support
- Participate in strategic client meetings, listening and influencing recommendations
- Develop methodologies with the team, following a "Process before technology" approach flexibly
- Collaborate with Nexio Technology to oversee full transformation cycles from concept to implementation
