Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on data-centric projects such as data warehousing, BI, or data platforms.
• Conceptual understanding of modern cloud data stacks, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Synapse.
• Proven track record in greenfield initiatives and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with corporate diplomacy.

Nice to have:

• Basic SQL querying skills.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
• Hands-on exposure to relational databases and API design concepts.

• Own the requirements lifecycle by leading discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to determine functional and data requirements.
• Translate complex business processes and data needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with distributed Data Architects and Engineers, proactively clarifying ambiguities.
• Produce documentation tailored for both technical engineering teams and non-technical business end-users.
• Act as a trusted advisor and Technical Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework.
