Software Development Engineer II, MAIT

The Marketing AI Team focuses on enabling AI transformation for the entire marketing organization by building foundational AI products and tools. The engineering team is located in Kraków and operates in a hybrid work model.

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, with strong preference for Golang.
• Hands-on experience with data querying, wrangling, and interpretation.
• Real experience with AI and large language models (LLMs), coupled with healthy skepticism.
• Ability to work independently and good judgment for involving others when needed.
• Strong passion for security, with proactive safety considerations.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity or interest in Zig or Rust.

• Own problems end to end, from partner communication to shipping and production stability.
• Make autonomous decisions on architecture, tradeoffs, and priorities, defending them with data.
• Translate vague business requests into end products by working directly with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize AI tooling effectively while critically evaluating its outputs.
• Analyze data to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Grow into a valued engineer trusted across projects.
