• Bachelor Degree with at least 4 years of IT professional experience, including minimum 2 years in a similar role
• At least one certification relevant to software development at an intermediate level or equivalent internationally recognized certification
• Minimum five years professional experience with .NET
• At least three years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Experience in at least two projects involving design, implementation, and deployment based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar technologies
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, SQL, BI, reporting, ETL, data modelling, OLAP, and data mining tools
• Completion of at least one full software development lifecycle
• Expertise in developing enterprise-level software systems within the specified technology domain
• Proficiency in UML and application design
• Experience designing and developing data, business logic, and presentation layers
• Experience working in Scrum environments
• Capability to lead technical teams
• English language proficiency at B2 level
