Account Technology Strategist - Utility Industry

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI Transformation journey, delivering solutions for targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth. The role partners with an Enterprise Account Executive and leverages Microsoft products and partner offerings to build AI strategies in the Utility industry.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, or related technical/sales experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or supporting Cloud & AI Transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with customers in the Utilities, Mining, Oil & Gas industries.
• Proven ability to engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to drive large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience developing industry-specific solutions leveraging cloud, data, and AI technologies.
• Polish fluency.

• Document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape, and AI and Security strategy.
• Drive Microsoft Business growth including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use for Utility sector customers.
• Lead Cloud and AI conversations aligned to customers' business priorities.
• Apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms, and industry to build AI strategy aligned to business outcomes.
• Identify and inform the development of Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's vertical.
• Understand specific industry-related market trends, customer threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth.
