Business Analyst - Murex

Vistulo is hiring for a major North American bank, focusing on capital markets solutions with deep expertise in the Murex platform.

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner
• Hands-on Murex experience in testing (MXtest), integration, or technical configuration
• Domain knowledge in Payments, transfers, SWIFT, FX auto-pricing, FX hedging, FX risk management, FX front-office trade booking, FX cash, FX trade lifecycle (confirmation, affirmation, regulatory reporting)
• Ability to independently deliver solutions without detailed guidance
• Bias for action and execution mindset with ability to derive requirements directly from the business
• Strong communication skills and comfort in high-stakes, trader-facing environments
• Willingness to maintain 5-6 hour overlap with US Eastern business hours

Nice to have:

• Prior software development experience
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate requirements, testing, or delivery
• Options market knowledge

• Collect and drive requirements directly with the business and advise on technical feasibility
• Translate requirements into Jira tickets and own the backlog
• Hold the development team accountable for quality and timely delivery
• Bring deep Murex, capital markets, payments, and/or FX domain knowledge to ensure technically grounded requirements and reviews
• Run acceptance testing to confirm delivered work meets requirements
• Depending on background, focus may be on test strategy and acceptance criteria, integration scoping and data-mapping between Murex and downstream systems, or building test cases in MXtest
• Use AI tools to speed up requirements, testing, or delivery work where applicable

This role is fully remote but only open to residents of Poland, including Polish citizens and legal residents authorized to work in Poland.
