Junior Business Analyst (Business Product Development)

This job is in the banking industry based in Warsaw, working in a hybrid model (1 day per week in the office).

• Minimum one year experience as a business analyst.
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and IT.
• High-level analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytical tools including Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

• Experience in financial, insurance, or banking sectors.

• Analyze and optimize complaint handling processes.
• Identify business needs and model processes.
• Define requirements in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
