Senior Project Manager / Workstream Lead

The role is within a global Payments organisation undergoing a major strategic transformation, consolidating 18 regional platforms into one global solution across 48 countries in the banking industry.

• Extensive Project Management or Workstream Leadership experience.
• A strong track record of delivering large-scale strategic transformation programmes.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven involvement in global platform consolidation, migration or implementation programmes.
• Strong operating model transformation and business change experience.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery environments.
• Previous experience within Banking, Payments or another highly regulated Financial Services environment.

• Leading major workstreams within a complex global transformation programme.
• Managing delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources and budgets.
• Coordinating business, technology and third-party implementation teams.
• Supporting the design and implementation of a new global operating model.
• Driving country migrations across multiple regions.
• Managing senior stakeholders across Cards, Payments, Technology and external vendors.
• Leading programme governance, RAID management and executive-level reporting.
• Supporting Agile delivery teams while maintaining programme-level oversight.
• Identifying delivery risks, resource gaps and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Ensuring pragmatic, outcome-focused delivery in a complex and highly regulated environment.

This role is offered as a B2B contract with a duration of 12 months plus extensions. The work mode is remote with occasional visits to Warsaw or Cracow offices. The candidate must have full professional proficiency in English.
